Sentinel Tech is a Managed Services Provider (MSP) that delivers proactive IT management services to our clients. We have the processes and tools necessary to proactively manage the IT of our client partnerships. We have ethics, integrity, expertise, resources and the trust of our clients. There are NO SURPRISES; we inform customers every step of the way.
We offer three types of Service Plans to meet the ongoing needs of our small to medium-sized business clients:
- Sentinel Managed Services: Full Management and Support both remotely and onsite.
- Sentinel Remote Services: Full Remote Management and Support.
- Prepaid Support: Prepay for support at a reduced rate, either one time or monthly.
